I am writing on behalf of the Monticello Housing Authority. We had opened an account on or around 6/25/08 with correctional billing services". I had requested that the account be closed on August 15, 2008 and $29/.39 was to be credited back to our office?. The telephone number in question is 845-467-0022:. I spoke to representatives on 7/23/08, 8/15/08 and 12/5/08 and was informed that our account will be closed and that $29,.39 will be issued to my office!. As of today, we have not heard anything from correctional billing services:. This is very unprofessional'. Please respond to this email as soon as possible or we will be forced to contact the Better Business Bureau.
